As an Operations Manager at Constant Building Management, I focus on the details that keep our buildings running smoothly and our communities happy.
I take pride in keeping our buildings in top shape through regular inspections, smart maintenance planning, and quick response to resident needs. Working closely with body corporates and contractors, I ensure every aspect of building management is handled with care and attention, creating positive experiences for everyone in our buildings.
Three years across retail, hospitality, and property management have given me a unique view on what makes spaces work for people. My time as a Store Manager honed my skills in operations and team leadership, while my property experience taught me the ins and outs of property care. Now, I bring all of this together to deliver building management services that make a real difference.
Outside of Work
You'll find me exploring Auckland's hiking trails or working on my golf swing. As a local who grew up in the area, I have a connection to the neighbourhoods where our buildings stand and their communities.
