As Senior Operations Manager at Constant Building Management, I've spent over nine years overseeing our portfolio of Auckland properties. This long-standing experience, combined with my hands-on approach, has given me a deep knowledge of each building's unique needs and communities. My eye for detail and deep understanding of our properties ensures every building in our care receives the attention it deserves.

For me, building management isn't just about fixing what's broken. It's about seeing what's coming and planning ahead. I coordinate everything from routine maintenance to Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF) compliance, making sure your property maintains its value while meeting all the latest building management requirements in NZ.

My background in Tech Support and customer service brings a fresh perspective to building management services. It's taught me that the best solutions come from listening carefully and responding quickly.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, football is our family passion - you'll find me with my two teenage boys on the football field, either cheering from the sidelines or playing. Though I'm an Aussie, I married my Kiwi husband 16 years ago and New Zealand has become home. When I'm not keeping active at the gym or exploring this beautiful country, I'm jumping across the ditch to catch up with family and friends.
